We are now doing weekly dev logs, but alternating between our two games. This week, it's all about A Shot in the Dark, and next week we'll give an update on Prince of Suburbia.

A SHOT IN THE DARK - CHAPTER 4

A lot of minor writing tasks got completed in the last two weeks, so writing for the update is now officially over half complete with 37,000 words written. Mute Hazelnut is wrapping up her work on the Sophie and Delia scenes, while Josselyn is working on a scene with Monica. After that, the only remaining love interest left to write for is Natalie, along with a few more non-lewd scenes.

There are now over 368 renders posed, and 8 animations started. TheOmega has begun setting up the codebase for the update and coding the Alexis scene, since all of its elements are now complete. The final renders for the Paloma scene are rendering right now, so it will be reading for coding next week.

Last week's Steam Visual Novel Fest was a success! We were honored to be featured alongside many other popular adult visual novels. A Shot in the Dark gained over 2,500 wishlists last week, pushing us past 25,000 wishlists overall! Our goal is to reach 40,000 wishlists before we release into Early Access in December, so please wishlist the game if you haven't already and tell your friends!
